Liam Payne was immensely mortified by his one act against One Direction comrades.
Last year, on October 16, the 31-year-old pop sensation was involved in a terrible accident that ended in his abrupt death.
He was a member of the most popular boy band, alongside Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, and Niall Horan.
He spent six years with his friends before breaking up in 2016. Following the disbandment, Liam struggled greatly in his solo career and became hooked to drink and drugs, making him a bitter man for a while.
The 1D star revealed that he fired random shots at his ex-bandmates during his dark period, which he profoundly regretted. Logan Paul chastised everyone in a 2022 interview.
Later in 2023, he posted a video apologizing for his blunder. He acknowledges that he made the mistake due of impatience.
The member of Teardops continued: "My own frustrations with my own career and where I kind of landed, I took shots at everybody else which is wrong."
He said more: "So obviously, I want to apologize for that because that's definitely not me."
However, Payne said that, "When I needed them the most, they kind of came to my rescue."
From 2010 until 2016, One Direction was a worldwide famous band.
