Meghan Markle breathed a sigh of relief as a potential lawsuit against her lifestyle business As Ever was dismissed.
For those who are unfamiliar, the Duchess of Sussex got into difficulty after a New York-based apparel business with the same name as her newly renamed enterprise made headlines.
Initially, it was rumored that the brand's designer planned to launch a lawsuit against the former Suits actor.
The designer Mark Kolski informed the New York Times that they will not file a lawsuit against Meghan or her lifestyle company.
He stated, "I'm not attempting to conduct a legal offense here. Right now, I'm simply getting back to work and trying to keep my brand's exposure up."
"What it feels like is out there people are making comments, and the media want to create a rift between us, but there isn't."
On February 18, Meghan released a video style video and announced the renaming of American Riveiria Orchard to As Ever.
She said: "This new chapter is an extension of what has always been my love language, beautifully weaving together everything I cherish — food, gardening, entertaining, thoughtful living, and finding joy in the every day."
