Meghan Markle is exceedingly lucky to be starting the new year 2025 with a full schedule, including the premiere of her new podcast Confessions of a Female Founder, a Netflix cookery program With Love, Meghan, and her lifestyle business As Ever.
However, royal insiders believe the Duchess of Sussex, 43, is unable to connect with a certain target audience.
Cameron Walker, GB News Royal correspondent, stated on The Sun Royal Exclusive show that the reviews for both the podcast and TV series have been 'quite harsh.'
He said, "Although it was number 10 on Spotify, this podcast and her Netflix series were also in the top ten." Despite the negative reviews, people continue to watch it. So the question is whether people are viewing it because they want to detest it or because they actually enjoy watching or listening.
Meghan's entrepreneurial path is documented in an eight-part podcast developed in collaboration with Lemonada Media.
Royal Editor Matt Wilkinson commented: 'It's highly US-focused. So far, I believe the majority of her guests are based in America. Cameron asked if the UK public 'loves to dislike Meghan' whereas 'the US just don't care anymore'.
For those who are unfamiliar, Meghan relocated to California with her husband Prince Harry and their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, following their stunning departure from the UK in 2020, when the couple announced their retirement as working royals.
