Holly Willoughby has spoken out about her dyslexia struggle in a landmark documentary.
The 44-year-old former This Morning anchor once admitted to feeling'shameful' over her long-standing spelling issues.
She has now revealed more about her school experiences with the learning disability in the Channel 4 documentary Jamie's Dyslexia Revolution, which aired on Monday.
Holly was one of numerous people that contributed to the project. Holly, like fellow participant Jamie Laing, made brief appearances in the documentary via video messages.
'I was really horrible at spelling.' She went on to tell viewers, 'I knew that because in spelling exams I'd always get pretty low marks.'
Holly also discussed how dyslexia continued to effect her after she finished school.
'When you write yourself off at school as 'non-academic,' that shapes your future somewhat.'
Following the publication of the documentary, Holly responded to Jamie's social media post in which he remarked on the project's reception by the audience.
Holly repeated his comment on her Instagram Story, stating in the description, "Well done Jamie, such an important documentary!" This is only the beginning of our chat.
It comes after allegations circulated online that Holly may team up with her producer husband Dan Baldwin for her TV return.
According to The Sun, one possible chance is the imminent resurrection of the famous show Record Breakers. Her spouse, 50-year-old TV producer Dan Baldwin, is now developing the idea.
