Holly Willoughby frightened fans with her sad appearance as she stepped out in wet London on Wednesday, ditching her normal glamorous style for a more low-key outfit.
The appearance occurred following a huge shakeup in her business circle, which sparked curiosity among fans.
Holly avoided wearing make-up for the occasion, preferring a more natural look.
For those who are unaware, Holly is now struggling with a big loss with the abrupt resignation of her long-time associate, Vicky Staines, from both of Holly's ventures: Wylde Moon, where she worked as finance director, and Roxy Management, where she had been co-director with Holly since 2020.
The reason for Staines' departure is unclear. She has long been regarded as a close confidante inside Holly's trusted inner group.
Meanwhile, Holly is under financial strain elsewhere. A High Court verdict ordered her and her husband Dan Baldwin to pay £337,000 in taxes for another firm, Roxy Media, by July 9.
With ITV just announcing a break from Dancing on Ice, Holly's career environment looks to be altering once more.
