Jamie Foxx had to undergo stitches after being involved in a fight during his birthday dinner.
On Friday, December 13th, the 57-year-old comic went to Los Angeles hotspot Mr. Chow for his birthday dinner, but was involved in a tragic accident.
"Jamie Foxx was at his birthday dinner when someone from another table threw a glass that hit him in the mouth," Foxx's representative told Page Six on Saturday.
"He had to have stitches and is healing. The police were summoned, and the case is now in the hands of law enforcement."
According to a news release acquired by the site, local officials responded to Mr. Chow at 10:06 p.m. Friday evening for a suspected assault with a dangerous weapon.
According to reports, the police department ruled out the event because it "involved a physical altercation between parties."
As of now, no arrests have been made, and the event is still under investigation.
This comes after Foxx's near-death encounter in 2023. In an X video, the comedian and actor told photographers, "It's beautiful because I didn't know if I would be here to celebrate it."
